While more than half of all jobs at Knightworks are vehicle graphics, the company also produces banners, backlit displays, heat transfers, screen printing, embroidery, sandblasting, gold leaf, electrical signs, and almost any other vinyl cutting application. To serve the needs of his diverse customer base, Knightworks uses a 54” Roland DG VersaCAMM printer/cutter.

“We are probably best known for creating custom graphics for cars and trucks,” Edwards said. “However, people want to personalize everything today, so we are also producing a high volume of decals, too – especially for small businesses. We typically produce 50 to 100 decals at a time for companies and I love orders like these. When you consider time and labor involved, decal jobs pay just as much or more than any kind of large vehicle wrap.”
