When installing a new printer, always use the supplied Roland DG VersaWorks disk to perform your software installation. This ensures that you are loading the correct drivers for the printer you are installing.
Once complete, you should run the Online Updater (downloading all available updates as shown on right ) to bring the software up to it’s most current version. After you have completed a full update, you can set the preferences in the Update Application to only download updates for the specific printer model and ink type your customer will be using.
