By participating in Roland DG’s “$100 Gift Card Giveaway” you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. SPONSOR. This $100 Gift Card Giveaway is sponsored by Roland DGA Corporation, 15363 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, CA 92618-2216 (hereafter referred to as “Roland DG”).
2. ELIGIBILITY. This $100 Gift Card Giveaway is open to all attendees, registering through the Roland DG website (the Site) for the 2017 SGIA Expo in New Orleans, Louisiana, during the registration period of October 3-12, 2017. To qualify, all entrants must present their show badges at Roland DG booth #601 during the 2017 SGIA Expo for scanning by a Roland DG booth representative. All participants must be over the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the $100 Gift Card Giveaway is conducted. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of Roland DG, their affiliates, parent companies, participating vendors, Roland DG authorized dealers, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone working directly on this program, product and promotion and the immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
3. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION. This $100 Gift Card Giveaway winner will be randomly generated from a list of email data provided by entrants upon registering for the 2017 SGIA Expo through the Roland DG webpage http://www.rolanddga.com/shows who have had their show badges scanned at Roland DG booth #601, during the 2017 SGIA Expo. There will be one giveaway and one prize only of $100 digital (virtual) gift card, awarded to a single winning entrant.
4. GIVEAWAY CONDUCTED. This $100 Gift Card Giveaway is conducted in the United States of America, and registration information is collected on computers located in the U.S.A. This $100 Gift Card Giveaway is governed by California law. By participating you agree to accept jurisdiction and venue in the Courts of the State of California, U.S.A.
5. PARTICIPATION PERIOD. This $100 Gift Card Giveaway ends during the SGIA Show on October 12, 2017. A winner will be chosen on October 12, 2017.
6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE. No purchase necessary. Persons registering for the 2017 SGIA Expo via the Roland DG website (the Site) at the webpage location, http://www.rolanddga.com/shows, will be prompted to fill out a name, email address, company details and other details required to register for the 2017 SGIA Expo. The winning entrant must be in attendance at the 2017 SGIA Expo and be willing to have their show badge scanned at Roland DG booth #601 by a Roland DG representative.
Roland DG does not sell your personal data to third parties, including third party advertisers.
7. ENTRY LIMITS. For purposes of this $100 Gift Card Giveaway, each Entry may only be entered into the Giveaway one time. Any entrant that registers multiple times and in doing so, submits their name for the giveaway more than once, will be disqualified.
8. WINNERS' NOTIFICATION. The winning Entry will be notified by email. Winners may be required to provide Roland DG with an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity release and IRS tax form W-9 or IRS tax form W8-BEN. If winner does not reply to such notification, the notification is undeliverable, and/or the forms are not completed and returned within 10 days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected based upon a new random Giveaway.
9. PRIZE.
Via an email sent by a representative of the Roland DG Corporation, the winner will receive a digital (virtual) gift card that can be redeemed at selective Internet, mail order, and telephone merchants. The digital gift card supplied to the $100 Gift Card Giveaway winner may be subject to the gift card company’s own Terms and Conditions; Roland DG is not responsible for the winner’s adherence to any of these Terms and Conditions.
10. TAX INFORMATION. All taxes, if any, on the prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The recipients agree to provide any required information necessary to satisfy taxing authorities and to allow Roland DG to prepare and submit any required documentation related thereto prior to the award of their prize.
11. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. This $100 Gift Card Giveaway is void where it is restricted or prohibited by law. Submission of an Entry and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Roland DG to use that entrant's name for promoting Roland DG products without additional compensation unless and where prohibited by law. By participating in this $100 Gift Card Giveaway you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Roland DG from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this $100 Gift Card Giveaway, use or license of your Entry, or any prize. If you do not want to grant the foregoing release, please do not participate in the $100 Gift Card Giveaway. By submitting your Entry in the $100 Gift Card Giveaway you represent and warrant that you have obtained any and all consents, approvals or licenses required for you to submit your Entry and comply with all of these Terms and Conditions, including obtaining the written consent of all 3rd parties, where applicable.
12. RULES AMENDMENT AND INTERPRETATION. The $100 Gift Card Giveaway and its continuing terms and conditions, benefits and participation are offered to Participants at the sole discretion of Roland DG. Roland DG reserves the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions or official $100 Gift Card Giveaway communications and any element or elements arising under or relating to the $100 Gift Card Giveaway at any time, upon published notice to participants on Roland DG’s website (the Site) or at Roland DG’s booth at the SGIA Expo. A participant shall be deemed to have notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on the Site or at the booth and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of a participant's continuing participation in the $100 Gift Card Giveaway. Should a participant not wish to continue to participate in the $100 Gift Card Giveaway pursuant to the prevailing Terms and Conditions, as amended or interpreted, a participant may terminate participation in the $100 Gift Card Giveaway by notifying Roland DG.
13. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. Roland DG is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in $100 Gift Card Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Entries. Roland DG assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Roland DG is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this $100 Gift Card Giveaway.
