Customer Service Representative
Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will support Roland DGA Customers, Regional Sales Managers, and prospects by generating sales orders, building, and maintaining positive relationships and providing support throughout the sales process. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to deliver an exceptional customer experience that sets Roland DGA apart from the competition. This hybrid position requires three days per week in our Irvine office. Your manager will determine in-office days, which may be adjusted based on business needs.Equal Opportunity Employer
