This is a great place to work. Of course as CEO, you might expect me to feel that way, but I really do.
And now, it’s official. Roland DGA has been selected as one of Orange County’s 75 Top Workplaces. More than 18,000 employees from 111 selected companies throughout Orange County, California took the time to give their opinions on their workplace. Employees were surveyed anonymously (they didn’t know the purpose of the survey) and were asked to respond to statements about their workplace, including whether they found their work meaningful. The survey results are calculated by Workplace Dynamics on the employee responses to the survey statements – so the results are truly based on employee feedback.
While we’re humbled by the responses and proud of our ranking, we’re not totally surprised either. I know we have great people that work here and we make a concerted effort to foster and promote a positive work environment. But to have our employees validate our efforts, well, it really doesn’t get any better than that.
This really is a great place to work!
