Everything You Need to Succeed
UV DTF with MO-240
With the MO-240, you can print UV DTF decals for transferring detailed designs onto various surfaces* and shapes without weeding. UV DTF is ideal for customizing products like phone cases, water bottles, mugs, leather goods and promotional items with photos, text and logos.
* Testing is recommended for each material that graphics will be applied to. Items with graphic transfers should be washed by hand, as machine washing is known to reduce adhesion.Get started in UV DTF with a trusted solution by pairing the MO-240 with our Graphic Transfer System print sheets and transfer film.
High-Definition Print and Accurate Color
The pinpoint accuracy of the MO-240’s newly developed printhead, combined with an expanded inkset, allow for detailed text and stunning image quality. Newly added Orange and Red inks extend the achievable gamut, enabling you to achieve colors that previously could not be accurately reproduced.
Whether you need vibrant colors, high-opacity White ink, or the ability to print unique textures and dimensional effects, the MO-240 UV printer is the answer.
High Productivity
The MO-240 is engineered to deliver high productivity with print speeds up to 1.4 times faster than comparable models from other brands. The staggered printhead configuration, powerful UV lamps, and increased bed size deliver printing speeds of up to 25.71 ft2/hr in standard mode, enabling you to get more done in less time. Increased White ink density lets you print White twice as fast as previous models and Gloss ink can now be printed in thicker layers, doubling the speed.
Improvements to the setup process simplify the changing over of products and fixtures, increasing efficiency and profitability. Updates made to the included software enable operators to maximize productivity, while also allowing for greater versatility and ease of use.
Greater Flexibility
Roland DG's EUV5 ink is renowned for its broad material compatibility and excellent adhesion. With just one ink formulation, you can print onto a variety of substrates, increasing your ability to adapt to changing market demands.
The MO-240 also allows you to go beyond flat substrates thanks to built-in technologies including ‘distance mode’ printing and optional extras such as the rotary printing unit. With these features you can go even further with direct printing and move towards new opportunities.
Excellent Usability
Roland DG has designed the MO-240 for easy installation and setup as well as unmatched ease of use. The 7-inch full-color touchscreen guides the user through everyday use with a combination of simple-to-follow text and graphic displays, while the intuitive VersaWorks 6 RIP software provides a host of tools and features that help maximize productivity, efficiency, and convenience.
Access to the Roland DG Connect monitoring app provides real-time data about your print workflow, allowing you to optimize operations, improve profitability, and effectively schedule any necessary maintenance.
