Spectacular Labels, Decals and Packaging Prototypes
Roland’s integrated printing and cutting technology is revolutionizing the label, decal, membrane switch panel and packaging industries. Roland offers several inkjets which combine digital die cutting with precision printing including the popular VersaCAMM series eco-solvent printer/cutters, the high-performance SOLJET PRO III XC-540 eco-solvent printer/cutter, and the remarkable VersaUV LEC-300/330, the world’s first UV inkjet printer/cutter.

The four-color VersaCAMM is as versatile as its name implies. Switch from printing banners, vehicle wraps or fine art to printing and contour cutting labels or decals in minutes. Create custom heat transfers for apparel, point of purchase displays and all manner of signs and outdoor graphics. Take advantage of the advanced features in VersaWorks RIP software including the Roland Color System for spot color matching, Variable Data Printing, the Max Impact preset for richer color contrast and more. For even faster production, the SOLJET Pro III XC-540 delivers rich, dense 6-color CMYKLcLm images at an impressive maximum print speed of 441 sqft./hr. The XC-540 can also be configured as a 5-color model equipped with White ECO-SOL MAX ink, creating bold white graphics for packaging comps, window graphics, POP, labels, decals and more.

Imagine it. Print it. Across a vast array of substrates, the Roland VersaUV LEC-300/330 prints CMYK plus White plus Clear Coast and automatically contour cuts for unmatched versatility. It’s ideal for proofs, label and packaging prototypes, membrane switch panels and short-run or personalized production. ECO-UV Clear Coat adds remarkably rich special effects ranging from high gloss finishes for area highlights to custom-textured effects such as faux leather, crocodile skin and even Braille. Integrated contour cutting automatically produces custom graphics of virtually any size and shape.
Metallic Labels
Winner of the DPI 2009 Product of the Year award in the Ink Category, Metallic Silver ECO-SOL MAX ink makes it easier and more affordable than ever for you to print true metallic colors for dramatic effect and high profit margins. Featured in SOLJET PRO III XC-540MT and VersaCAMM VS-640 printer/cutters, Metallic Silver ECO-SOL MAX can be printed as a spot color for vibrant silver text and graphics or combined with CMYK to create an entire spectrum of metallic hues including gold, bronze and a host of pearlescent colors. This breakthrough silver ink technology delivers high density and enables you to produce premium labels, decals and packaging prototypes that command premium prices.
Roland R-Wear Studio is the most comprehensive apparel and gift design software ever produced. The software lets you create all elements of a design, including images, text, shapes, and rhinestone patterns. Roland R-Wear Studio can output to the Roland EGX-350 desktop engraver, the GX-24 desktop cutter, the Roland VP-300 printer/cutter and any standard inkjet printer. This unprecedented versatility is the key to creating such a wide range of custom gift and apparel products.
Heat Press, Engraving Stock & Heat Transfer Tape
After cutting your design into standard engraving stock, simply set the rhinestones into the design’s holes, cover them with the hot fix transfer tape and heat press them onto the garment. The entire process takes just a matter of minutes!
